Menopause is a significant and deeply personal life transition, often accompanied by a wide range of physical, emotional, and cognitive changes. This four-week workshop series, hosted by a certified menopause specialist, is designed to empower you with evidence-based insights, practical strategies, and supportive tools to navigate your menopause journey with confidence and clarity.
Each week we’ll explore a key part of the menopause experience:
- Week 1: Symptoms: Gain a basic understanding of common symptoms—such as hot flashes, mood shifts, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes—and learn how symptom tracking can support personalized care.
- Week 2: Sleep: Discover how menopause impacts sleep, why sleep matters for overall health, and how to use evidence-based strategies like sleep hygiene and bedtime routines to improve rest and recovery.
- Week 3: Self-care: Explore how intentional self-care, stress planning, and tapping into your flow state can enhance resilience, reduce overwhelm, and support long-term well-being during and after menopause.
- Week 4: Pelvic floor health: Learn about pelvic floor function, common symptoms like incontinence and sexual discomfort, and effective approaches—from physical therapy to targeted exercises—that promote strength, confidence, and comfort.
Whether you're noticing changes or are well into your menopause journey, this series offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and act toward a healthier, more empowered future.
*Medicare, Medicaid, and non-health plan members are not eligible to participate.
