A little reflection can make a big difference in your well-being. Looking within and thinking mindfully can help you feel happier, sleep better, lower your blood pressure, and more. Keeping a daily or weekly journal can help you process what’s going on in your mind and help you overcome stress, anxiety, and depression. This challenge will have you reflect on a different part of your emotional well-being each week. Track the number of days you take time to invest in your emotional health for 21 of 35 days to complete the challenge.
Sign up starting Oct. 20. You can sign up anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Nov. 3 through Dec. 7. Sign up in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
