Physical activity is so important for your overall health and well-being, and it comes with many benefits. Studies show that any amount of activity is better than none, so find what works for you—run, walk, bike, swim, dance, play or do chores (e.g., rake leaves, garden, vacuum). This challenge will help you build a fitness routine or simply move more each day. track your minutes of activity for 14 of 21 days to complete the challenge.
Sign up starting Sept. 22. You can sign up anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Oct. 6 through Oct. 26. Sign up in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
