Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables has many benefits. Eating fruits and vegetables helps you avoid unhealthy food choices and reduces the risk of many chronic diseases. During this 21-day challenge, you’re encouraged to eat at least five servings of fruit and veggies each day and track your intake.
Sign up starting Feb. 16 in your Living Healthy portal*, or anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Mar. 2 through Mar. 22.
