21 Days to Positivity WebMD challenge

When you’re grateful, you tend to feel happier, healthier, and more fulfilled. Gratefulness can help you cope with stress and have a positive effect on your heart rate. This challenge will help you lower your stress levels while promoting a positive mindset by encouraging you to write down three good things about your day for 21 days. By doing this, you should start to notice what goes right in your life, even on bad days.

Sign up starting Jan. 19. in your Living Healthy portal*, or anytime during the challenge. The challenge runs from Feb. 2 through Feb. 22.
